Dr Nirmala Pinto

Dr Nirmala Pinto is a highly qualified medical professional with a strong background in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has attained an MBBS and MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from India. She is currently a GP Registrar undertaking her extended skills training for Fellowship of RACGP (FRACGP).

Dr Pinto's extensive career includes experience as a Specialist OBGYN in Mumbai, India, Registrar in Saudi Arabia, and Resident Medical Officer in various public hospitals across Sydney and Victoria, Australia. Dr Pinto offers comprehensive family medicine, with particular focus on obstetrics, women’s health, and sexual and reproductive health. She also holds a special interest in Paediatrics and Chronic diseases.

Demonstrating a rich cultural background, Dr. Pinto is multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Kannada, and possesses an understanding of Gujarati and some Arabic.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys music, cooking, hiking and curling with her dog Major.
